Chung Hua University Project Highlights
Project Highlights 2025

Summary of Goal Achievement and Key Highlights

  1. Ranked No. 1 in CP Value Nationwide for Eight Consecutive Years, Reflecting Strong Graduate Employment Outcomes
Based on the “Minimum Admission Scores and Enrollment Numbers by Department” released by the University Entrance Committee for the Joint Distribution System, combined with third-party data such as alumni salary information published by 104 Job Bank, the university’s IR analysis shows that we have ranked No. 1 nationwide in CP Value for eight consecutive years.
CP Value = PR value of graduates’ salaries − PR value of freshmen’s entrance exam scores.
  2. Outstanding Alumni Salary Performance Demonstrates Strong Institutional Competitiveness
According to IR analysis using alumni salary data from the 104 Job Bank’s “Further Education and Employment Map,” graduates from 7 out of our 11 daytime bachelor’s programs earn an average monthly salary higher than the national average for comparable programs at public and private universities. This highlights the university’s success in cultivating highly competitive professional talent.
  3. Recognized as the Ministry of Education’s Northern District Model School for Character Education
The university’s “Sunshine Youth Program” is built upon the five core competencies of moral, intellectual, physical, social, and aesthetic development. It further identifies five assessment dimensions: well-rounded character, intellectual curiosity, physical fitness, community service, and artistic appreciation. Through curriculum and extracurricular design, the program nurtures well-balanced “Sunshine Youth.”
The program earned the award for “2024 (Year 114) Northern District Character Education Model School,” making us the only university among 45 institutions in the district to receive this honor for 10 consecutive years since 2016 (Year 105).
  4. Self-Directed Learning × Interdisciplinary Practice — Cultivating Globally Competitive Research Talent
Wu ○-Ying from the Department of Computer Science demonstrates exceptional self-directed learning, interdisciplinary integration, and research innovation. Since freshman year, he has actively engaged in academic research and projects, ranking first in his class for four consecutive semesters. As a freshman, he published a paper based on his autonomous learning at the MetaACES 2024 international conference.
His research combines generative AI with educational technology applications and later received a “Best Technical Design Paper Nomination” (top 2%) at the 2025 GCCCE International Conference. In addition, he passed the National Science and Technology Council’s College Student Research Program with an A-level rating (top 20%), proving his strong research potential.
Through continuous exploration and interdisciplinary practice, he has gradually developed global vision and strong competitiveness, serving as an exemplary next-generation research-oriented talent.
  5. Leading in Information Technology and AI Education, Demonstrating Strong AI Certification Results
The university received the “Programming Education Promotion Contribution Award” from the Computer Skills Foundation for two consecutive years (2023 and 2024).
We also collaborate with international industry leaders such as Microsoft and MediaTek to advance AI education, and were recognized by Microsoft Taiwan as the nation’s first “Microsoft Future Talent Full-Partner University.” Through the Microsoft x MediaTek DaVinci Education Cloud initiative, we have further strengthened generative AI education.
As of November 2025 (Year 114), a total of 1,731 individuals—1,629 students, 32 staff members, and 70 faculty members—have obtained Microsoft AI international certifications.
