「Innovative Teaching」
With a student-centered and teaching-focused approach, the University provides a diverse range of courses and a flexible system to cultivate students' interdisciplinary competencies. The number of compulsory credits has been reduced across all departments, while the recognition of cross-disciplinary elective credits has significantly increased—from 4 to 20 credits in associate degree programs and from 4 to 12 credits in undergraduate programs. In 2023 and 2024, 38 cross-disciplinary microcredit courses were offered, with 970 student enrollments. Additionally, two cross-disciplinary credit programs and seven micro program courses were also launched. The University has enhanced students' self-directed learning abilities by offering 13 different self-learning credit courses. To enhance students' international mobility, the University organized 10 overseas exchange and immersive learning programs for faculty and students, 6 study camps hosted on campus for overseas faculty and students, and 1 international youth volunteer service program. A total of 195 faculty and students participated in overseas exchanges, while 130 international faculty and students visited the University for exchange activities.

「Social Responsibility」
The University collaborates with local community leaders and elderly groups to form a sustainable community health network, identifying health issues in the community and proposing measures to address these needs. In 2023, 16 training sessions and health-promoting activities were held to improve the cognitive function of elderly residents and delay disability and aging. To further strengthen the University’s community service capacity, mutual support networks are established with local communities and schools in the Neihu District. Students engaged in 12 community service events, while two community medication safety services were provided, benefiting a total of 479 participants. In 2024, 44 health promotion lectures, courses, and activities were held at the Kangning Community Care Center and Ziyun neighborhood in Neihu District. Additionally, the institution trained 22 professionals in silver-tech and digital health promotion, reaching a total of 396 participants.

「Industry-Academia Collaboration」
In 2023, the University engaged in 25 industry-academia collaborations, securing a total of NT$51,627,491 in funding, with an average external funding of NT$521,490 per faculty member. In 2024, 32 collaborations were carried out, totaling NT$4,682,305, with an average external funding of NT$49,287 per faculty member. To bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical application, the University has a comprehensive internship system for the students. In 2023, partnerships were established with 290 internship organizations, providing internship opportunities for 1,802 students.

「Higher Education Accessibility」
To support economically disadvantaged students, the University raised NT$1,278,000 in 2023 and NT$1,013,672 in 2024. The University organized indigenous cultural experience learning activities, with one session in 2023 and two sessions in 2024. Tenure and contract faculty members receive equal compensation, with salaries in 2023 and 2024 adjusted according to public university standards to ensure the fair treatment of faculty members.
