Dimension 1: Teaching Innovation and Improvement
- Annually, 15 financial certification courses are offered. Statistical data shows that approximately 1,600 certificates have been obtained by enrolled students.
- To enhance student learning outcomes, innovative teaching and intelligent learning models are promoted. The 66School platform was established, along with the creation of an AI self-learning community. Gamified learning tools are provided, and students who complete the courses receive AI-related knowledge certification.
- To increase learning diversity and freedom, 12 interdisciplinary credit programs were set up. Students are actively encouraged to enroll in these programs to promote interdisciplinary learning and gradually cultivate diverse skills and competitiveness.
- Agreements have been signed with nearly 42 overseas universities to promote international study, exchange programs, micro-study abroad, and dual-degree systems. Annually, 33 second-year students are selected for short-term overseas learning, and 3 students are chosen for a six-month micro-study abroad experience.
Dimension 2: Fulfilling Social Responsibility
- About 8 public welfare activities are organized annually, focusing on caring for underserved rural areas. 183 students have been trained to assist in these initiatives, demonstrating compassion and responsibility, continuously injecting warmth into society.
- Promoting educational equality by teaching AI courses such as robotics, IoT, AR, and VR at rural primary schools to narrow the educational gap between urban and rural areas, and cultivate talents for the digital age.
- In addition to 8 existing classrooms, an Mlearning platform has been built for teachers to upload recorded classroom sessions, enabling both in-person and remote teaching.
- Promoting sports for all by increasing interaction between the school and the community. Three local basketball and volleyball tournaments were jointly held to revitalize the community.
Dimension 3: Industry-Academic Cooperation
- By effectively integrating industry-academic cooperation resources, 18 new industry-academic collaboration cases were successfully written and completed, demonstrating the capacity for innovation and the value of combining practice with academia.
- A career development tracking system for graduates was introduced, completing surveys on alumni at 1, 3, and 5 years post-graduation, with a response rate of 72%. The UCAN test for first-year students was implemented school-wide, with an average score above 3.5.
- Since 2019, the employment matchmaking rate for graduating undergraduates has exceeded 90%. Graduates have excelled in a highly competitive job market, including 7 management trainees, 8 financial analysts (ACM), 2 international finance professionals (IRM), 50 reserve managers (JRM), and 21 wealth management professionals, demonstrating high trust and expectations from the industry.
Dimension 4: Enhancing Higher Education Public Value
- Over the past eight years since the university’s establishment, a total of NT$89,373,426 has been granted in financial and cultural assistance to students. In the 112-113 academic year, 233 students were supported, alleviating financial concerns so they could focus on their studies.
- Financial certification guidance courses are provided, with seed teachers mentoring students from disadvantaged backgrounds in subjects such as trust, regulatory affairs, foreign exchange, and derivative products to support their certification and future career development.
Special Chapter: Internationalization and Administrative Support System
- 10 exchange activities between international and domestic students were organized, helping international students quickly integrate into life in Taiwan.
- An International Companions for Learning system was introduced to improve Mandarin language skills for international students, while also providing domestic students the opportunity to learn about foreign cultures and languages.
