1. The CP value ranks first among universities nationwide for seven consecutive years, reflecting the high-paying employment results of graduates.



An IR analysis of university productivity based on the "List of Minimum Admission Scores and Number of Admissions by Department" published by the University Examination Admissions Distribution Committee, as well as third-party data such as department alumni salaries published by 104 Labor Bank, shows that our school has ranked first among universities nationwide for seven consecutive years. Ranked first in terms of CP value, where CP value = PR value of salary of graduates of the department − PR value of admission scores distributed to freshmen of the department.



2. Alumni’s high salary performance highlights the school’s competitiveness



An IR analysis based on the salary data of department alumni published by 104 Human Resources Bank’s Education and Employment Map shows that among the school’s 11 daytime bachelor’s programs, the average monthly salary of graduates from 7 departments is higher than the national average of similar departments in public and private universities. Value, highlighting that the school cultivates outstanding talents with high competitiveness in the workplace.



3. The Ministry of Education’s North District 1 Character Education Characteristic School Observation and Commendation Recommended Schools



Our school implements the "Sunshine Youth Project", which takes the five educations of "moral, intellectual, physical, social and aesthetic" as the core to develop "sound personality", "love for knowledge and knowledge", "strong body", "enthusiastic service" and "artistic". "Taste" five evaluation indicators, through the design of curriculum and extracurricular activities, cultivate students to become sunny youths who pay equal attention to the five educations. This promotion plan was awarded the "Recommended School for Observation and Commendation of Characteristic Education Characteristic Schools in the North District by the Ministry of Education in 2013". It is the only school among the 45 universities in the North District that has won the award for 9 consecutive years since 105!



4. The Ministry of Education’s “Teaching Practice Research Project” subsidy has ranked first in the country for four consecutive years



Our school has received the Ministry of Education’s “Teaching Practice Research Project” subsidy for seven consecutive years (107-113 years), with a total of 146 projects. The “average number of cases per teacher” has ranked first in the country for four consecutive years (109-112 years), and In 2013, 23 cases passed, and the number of passes per 100 teachers reached 14, setting a record high.



5. Leading the way in information technology and AI education, the university with the largest number of certificates obtained in Taiwan



Our school won the "Programming Education Promotion Contribution Award" from the "Computer Skills Foundation" for two consecutive years in 2023 and 2024. At the same time, it cooperates with major international companies such as Microsoft and MediaTek to promote AI education, and was recommended by Microsoft Taiwan to become the first "Microsoft Forward-looking Talent Education Full Partner University" in Taiwan. Through the "Microsoft x MediaTek DaVinci Education Cloud" program, it deepens the creation of AI education. As of November 30, 2020, 1,470 students, 32 faculty members, and 70 teachers, a total of 1,572 people, have obtained the Microsoft AI international certificate. It is the university with the largest number of AI international certificates in Taiwan.



6. Implement school affairs research to demonstrate the improvement and effectiveness of students’ six key abilities



In the first phase, our school completed the analysis of the "key ability values" of students in 2012-113 and the "key ability scores" of fresh graduates in 2013. The results show that the key ability values ​​of the six key abilities calculated based on students' course semester grades are all higher than the limit set by the school. At the same time, the key ability scores of fresh graduates were analyzed, and the results showed that the statistical tests of the changes before and after the six key abilities were significant. It shows that the higher education intensive development plan implemented by our school has improved students' six key abilities and achieved results.
