Efforts to enhance student learning focused on improving language and information skills, encouraging the formation of self-organized learning communities, utilizing teaching assistant resources, and leveraging professional skill classrooms to foster peer joint learning relationships. In terms of teacher development, initiatives encouraged the formation of teacher communities, the development of digital teaching materials, exchanges with domestic and international experts and scholars, and participation in growth incentive programs, aiming to expose teachers to new knowledge, foster cross-domain cooperation, and stimulate research and teaching energy. For curriculum learning, innovative approaches were introduced, including courses of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, micro courses, deep bowl courses, cross-domain thematic course modules, and industry-mentor collaborative teaching, encouraging students to break away from traditional curriculum structures, drive teaching innovation, and spark interest in learning. In the aspect of international exchanges, students were guided to form teams for overseas or online exchanges, participate in overseas professional internships, and pursue dual-degree programs, enhancing their skills and employability. In 2022, the school hosted its first post-pandemic in-person international academic exchange event, inviting scholars from the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Croatia for academic interactions.

In the aspect of connection with career planning, the industry internship mentor system has been established to handle career counseling and alumni seminars, create a friendly entrepreneurial training team and entrepreneurial environment and other innovative practices, and guide students to acquire professional skills in school and apply them in the industry.

Additionally, a sports talent database has been established to enhance the possibility of open and fair circulation of sports talent resources within Taiwan. In the aspect of sports education model characteristics, the discussion and promotion of the Olympic spirit have been strengthened through courses and volunteer activities. Sports humanistic literacy has been emphasized through documentaries, while the design of diverse physical education teacher training courses and the development of sports lesson plans have been employed to enhance the employment competitiveness of future sports educators. In the aspect of healthy LOHAS characteristics, in response to the demand for sports talent in an aging society, innovative sports health practice courses have been introduced to strengthen students' skills. The active aging learning value-added program has been implemented to promote elder-friendly care, and a curriculum development center for sports health promotion targeting middle-aged and elderly individuals has been established to encourage students to apply their knowledge in practice.
