● Improve teaching quality and implement teaching innovation:

1. According to the 5-point scale survey, the student satisfaction with the replacement of learning equipment increases from 3.94 to 4.49. 37 videos were uploaded on the e-learning platform and the number of viewers reach 13,000. The pass rate of OSCE national examination increases from 97.78% to 100%.
2. The quality of PBL and CBL teaching plans and the ability of tutor have been significantly improved, and the overall satisfaction for PBL is 4.61 points, and CBL is 4.8 points.
3. From 107 to 111, two graduate school and an additonal class of department of nursing were established, the teacher-student ratio increased by 0.67, and the average teaching hours of teachers decreased by 1.53 hours.
4. Set up creative thinking and innovation course, creative learning module courses, innovation and invention courses, Assistive Technology for Long Term Care course and creative competitions, accumulatively 750 people took the courses, and the 5-point scale survey for course satisfaction reached 4.75 points.

● Develop school characteristics:

1. Incorporated industry-university cooperation performance and patent performance into the teacher promotion method and flexible salary method. From 107 to 111, it has signed cooperation agreements with 15 companies, with a contract value of 16.77 million.
2. Employed full-time foreign teachers, set up creative writing, advanced english, advanced english writing and advanced english speaking courses, the cumulative number of students taking courses from 108 Academic Year to 111 Academic Year is 488, and the 5-point scale survey for course satisfaction is 4.22 points.
3. Updated teaching and experimental equipment, used in physiology, chemistry experiment courses and teacher research, the number of users reached 1,100. From 107-111, the number of projects approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology reached 139, and the subsidy amount was 220 million.
4. Set up community medicine and practice, community and international voluntary service, and community health nursing Courses. From 107-111 academic year, the cumulative number of students taking courses reached 638, and the average score of the five-point scale is 4.22 .

● Improve the publicity of higher education:

1. Established " Scholarship", "Professional License Examination allowance ", "Examination Incentive" for economically and culturally disadvantaged students. Founded Counseling mechanism for economically and culturally disadvantaged students, Members include peers, seniors with similar growth backgrounds and mentors, 107-111 accumulatively assisted 287 person-times. more than 80%. From 107 to 111, a total of 287 people were counseled. The counseling rate is over 80% for all economically and culturally disadvantaged students.
2. Establish institutional research website, make IR information about student, faculty, finance, school affairs, research, and UCAN by using Power BI。
3. In 2019, the Higher Education Evaluation Center was entrusted to handle the quality assurance related evaluation tasks of four departments,and these evaluation tasks were all passed。
4. Using UCAN set up teaching plan and as development tools. From 107-111, the average usage rate of students is 98%.

● Fulfill social responsibility:

1. Implemented 「Humanities,A rt Preservation and Promotion in Sanzhi」,「Your Good Neighbor in Sanzhi-The Integrated Development Model for revitalizing Aging Community」, 「North Coast Youth Character Education and Cultivation Program」and「Local Interdisciplinary Medical Consultation」, enforced Home visits for the elderly  living alone in Sanzhi, so far we cumulative visits 282 people。
2. Organized camps and provided experiential activities for North Coast primary and high school students. From 107-111, more than 200 students participated.
