In order to promote faculty innovative teaching and student autonomous learning community programs, different teaching menthes which collaborate between research and courses, application integration and core competencies development were encouraged to make the interdisciplinary become the special feature of the curriculum. business, such as human resources, and set up three types of self-learning task teams and interdisciplinary learning circles. There are to distinguish into the information industry and publishing industry. The student team that wants to recruit reserve talent will participate in the system construction and enterprise establishment. In the future, by making the use of teaching administrative resources and elite training in the university, it can independently simulate operational modes of enterprises to function in the information industry, publishing industry and other fields.

US-Taiwan cooperation in the field of higher education by concluding a cooperative agreement with the Foundation for Scholarly Exchange (Fulbright Taiwan). Taiwan-Europe Connectivity Scholarships has 15 students from Britain, Hungary, Germany, Poland, Spain and Netherlands study Chinese language in 2021.
